We are deeply saddened  to inform you that Mr. Cadmus Samarasekera, beloved father of Dr. Gayani Silva, passed away in Sri Lanka. He was 92 years old at the time of his death.

Dr. Gayani Silva has traveled to Sri Lanka to participate in the funeral. Her friends and Vihara members will hold a Pansakula (funeral service) on Saturday (Nov. 3) immediately after Buddha Puja  at 7:00 pm.

May Mr. Samarasekera attain the Blissful Nibbana!
