Buddhist Applied Psychology
No one saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one may. We ourselves must walk the path.
Abhidharma is the Buddha’s teaching of the psychology of the interaction of conscious and subconscious elements of the mind, which brings repressed fears and conflicts into the conscious mind. Knowledge in Abhidharma helps us understand our own inner-self, and its impact on our behavior.
