Monthly Sil Program & Dhamma Talk – March 2018
Monthly Sila program is an opportunity for Vihara members to practice spirituality for several hours a day at least once a month. It is held on the Saturday nearest to the full-moon day. Usually, Sila program starts at 8:00 am and ends at 4:00 pm.Conducted both in English and Sinhala, the Sila program includes meditation sessions and Dhamma discussion.
